CARLA KELLY
BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer
Sports and fitness have always been my passion.
I’m happiest when I’m active. Knowing how great it
feels to be fit and energetic, how could I not want to share it
and be enthusiastic about it? I truly feel no matter where you
are on your fitness journey, you can benefit from the expertise
of a personal trainer. Yes, even personal trainers could use a
personal trainer. There’s always someone who knows more
than you or who can get you to go a little bit further than you
thought you could. I love life and I want to help people get the
most out of their’s.
PHILOSOPHY
It’s all about BALANCE! To improve our quality of life and
well-being, we must strive for balance. Balance is necessary in
our training, eating habits, during rest & recuperation, and
life in general.
MISSION STATEMENT
My mission is to enhance the overall health and quality of life
of my clients. I want to create a balanced lifestyle that will
contribute to the individual’s long-term physical, emotional,
intellectual, and social growth.
My purpose as a Personal Trainer is to provide safe and effective
exercise programs to my clients through one-on-one fitness consultations
and individually designed programs. My Personal Training Programs
encourage individuals to enhance their level of strength, endurance,
and flexibility, in the most productive, practical, and safest
manner possible
I provide the motivation, education, guidance, and individual
instruction required to achieve personal fitness goals. I will
design a tailored exercise program for each individual that reflects
the client’s objectives, fitness level, and experience.
I will also evaluate and modify the exercise program according
to the changing needs of the individual.
As part of my BCRPA Certification I am continually educating myself
about new trends and research in the industry.
I am currently obtaining my Certification in the
