For your safety and enjoyment:
1. Inform your instructor if you have any special limitations or you need to leave early.
2. Proper athletic footwear with non-marking soles is required in the Studio. Please bring with you a towel & water bottle
3. Classes begin at the times indicated. If you arrive more than 10 min. late, you may be asked to warm up on the exercise equipment.
4. Please store your gym bags in a locker. Our studio size is limited to bodies and equipment only.
5. Please be aware: - that some participants have allergic responses to perfume. - chewing gum while exercising presents a choking hazard.
